What is coaching?

Coaching is a solution oriented technique with the purpose of helping a person or a group to effectively use their own talents and resources to achieve certain goals.

The type of coaching I do is called catalyzed coaching, which is based on the idea that the client is the one who holds all the answers - and to get there I, as a coach, ask the right questions in able to track existing abilities, possibilities and alternatives.

I adapt every coaching session after every client's individual needs, situation and desires.
